This is a public post but I bet it'll end as a convo between me and VioletSkye. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

I'm going to get myself a new KVM switch, one that supports DVI inputs:

Canadian:

I intend to order the one from the American TigerDirect, since the exchange rate is pretty good right now and after taxes and shipping, the price should be lower than the ridiculous tag placed on the Canadian product...

Now, I never heard of Cables to Go before, so I'm wondering if they actually make good products. XD

Interesting, as I've actually been looking for some decent KVM switches as well. The best I've found go for about $250, but I'm really not keen on spending that kind of money. Let me know how it works once you get it though, yeah?

Cables To Go makes excellent products and I've purchased tons and tons of their items for various projects (mostly for wiring offices and small businesses) but I've used a few of their KVM switches and they worked flawlessly http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Well, I got and installed the switch. Turns out I had to go Canadian because TigerDirect wouldn't use anything else but a costly UPS Worldwide delivery, which jacked the price up to the extremes.

Anyways, the thing is small, cute as a button. My display is finally crystal clear and it has the advantage of keeping a signal to both computers rather than making it like I'm plugging in and out whenever I switch.

I think I've fallen in love with that thing. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif
