Typing Problem

I know this must have been answered already but I just installed PSO BB and I cant type in my id and password...I did what the Tech support said but thise boxes are already unchecked...Please help.

Are Japanese language fonts enabled on your PC? I believe this is usually what causes that problem.

Doesnt look like they are. I made sure that those boxes on the supplemental language tab were unchecked like the support page said and still nothing http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif
