Is my suppressed handgun hacked?

I was transferring items between accounts, and i found a suppressed handgun that has 127% in 3 types of enemies. I was wondering if this is hacked and will it affect drops?

It's hacked (You can only get it to 100% legitimately), but it doesn't affect drop rates in any way.
