Its sooo simple!

I rescanned the image (hence different size/angle), releveled it to make my lines dark.

Then i used

COLOR mode in Paintbrush tool to paint everything, but keep my pencil lines. Its amazing! (turns my "glaze painting" method into one simple layer work)

Ah.
I think that's what I did with a lot of my pictures. Except I dont pencil it to start enough. :<
