Pure dumb and random luck. It's a rare enemy, so you could find one at any time. Just like the Nar Lily I found last night. First rare enemy on Ep 1 & 2, and it was also the first enemy in the VR Temple http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

Yeah, the only one I've seen was in VR Temple. Cute buggers aren't they =^_^= I can't wait to hunt them down later in hard and vhard, they may have some exclusive rares or something.

I've found two Love Rappies and they both gave me Angel/Luck. If they give anything else, then I want to know.

During my hunts, i've found an Al Rappy (the blue one that gives you 100 exp.) which is one tricky little bastard, but no love rappy.
