forgive if this has been covered, but a search didn't help me..maybe I didn't know what phrases to use.
Anyway...when you do the tutorial, the guy gives you his partner card. But, the card doesn't show up on my PC list and I can't seem to party with him for missions. What am I doing wrong, or can you not use him outside of the tutorial?
