The Twinkle Star thing does make sense, I just found a Star Amplifier and the description reads (Sorry, I'm not too handy w/ screenshots) "A mysterious star-shaped magic stone. When used on certain items, it..." But how could they both be used at once to make Twinkle Star? Then again, I'm probably wrong.

Magic rock moola is used on a fully grinded club to make summit moon, have to be a level 130+ force to make the weapon tho.

Star amplifier is used on a fully grinded batton to make twinkle star also have to be a level 130+ force to make this one too.

I've been reading somewhere you use these rocks for combination with some other weapons other then twinkle star. I need to find where I last saw it. It was something like combine one other rare item with ten rocks to create a weapon or armor.
