I have Multimedia Fusion 1.5 and 2, but there is a major bug with 2, so I am sticking to 1.5.

Blade Engine (http://www.bladeengine.com/), for visual novel construction.
RPG Maker (http://www.enterbrain.co.jp/tkool/RPG_XP/eng/).

Those are really good programs. I like that Blade Engine. BTW, I need tips from some advanced people in video game design.
Here it comes.
??
What else do I need to design a good video game besides a 3D shaper and renderer, a digital art editor (Adobe PS for example), a C++ editor, and a imaginative mind. I have all of those. But do i need anything else to start making an actual game and start a project all by myself.

They say the best tools are the tools you make for yourself. Microsoft's XNA Game Studio Express (http://msdn.microsoft.com/directx/xna/gse/) requires you to learn C#, but it provides you with everything you need, including examples and tutorials; plus, when the final version is released, it'll even allow you to make Xbox 360 games.

Your own 360 Games? That's awesome, I'm gonna be looking forward to that. But first I should get more advanced into VG designing. My friend tells me to start small and design and code smaller 2D games.

Where do you think I should start??

See if you can re-create pong. It's the simplest game you can make, but rehashing it will still force you to learn all the basics you need for creating any 2D game engine.

I've made a game, but it's only on paper, too bad my pc is crap and I can't make it... I've made the whole damn storyline, the attacks, combos, creatures, stats, every bloody thing in it, but I need to wait for a better pc, I hope my laptop will manage it. It's just huge, could become an MMORPG infact, just need to twiddle something and it's done!

EDIT: Oh, BTW the name is Legends of Darkness. If anyone is interested in helping me make it, you get half the credit and money and whatever else comes up with it (even the taxes and bills... http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_lol.gif ). Anyone out there to help me? I can scan the stuff and send you things. and you can laso add your ideas to the game, as long as they go with the story.

Music? Made them all. Including the fact that I play 4 instruments so I haven't any problems for the multi-instrumental thing http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif

LoL. I haven't used GameMaker in a really longtime. I've been busy with C++ and C#. Also someone told me JavaScript helps. Can someone explain the purpose of JavaScript??
