This is some crazy shit. I found the link on 7chan (on the /x/ board, no less), and I've been reading up on it a bit. It's very fascinating, and for some reason, reminds me of Murder in Small Town X.

I think I'll sign up for it, once I get a few more details straightened out.

...No. From what I've been able to figure out, it's some kind of social experiment that involves your perception of things. The people who are actually in charge of Neurocam are loathe to reveal any real details.

If you get selected as an "Operative", it's suggested that you wear a mask/disguise while performing an assignment.
