Will this work for PSU? The other specs on my friends comp is on par.

Well I'm running PSUJP on a radeon express 200 and it works fine, you just have to live with bare minimum quality.

I'm using the same but 256 mb. Bare minimum only, and have to turn the "glow" aspects of weapons/etc. off sadly http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif. Might be getting a better one from a family member though *fingers crossed*.

I have the frameskip set to 3 ( which makes surprisingly little difference in PSU, this allows me to have glowy things on and still go at full speed

Well this is great to know. I have the same card and could care less about it looking AMAZING, just as long as it's playable.
