1. You usually hear choppy sentences.

2. I dont want some idiot coming in my group to spam masturbation noises.

3. L33t retards who like to talk.

4. I am gay, and personally dont care to know if I sound gay on Mic or not... I could care less... but it seems to be a fun topic when I am on a XBox Mic ( from XBox PSO experience.) But when On Vent or TS No one seems to notice.

5. Obvious white people that talk way to slang-ish

6. Girls with Men voices.

Um...there IS the option to boot whoever you want. Or don't want. >.>; So problems like those can be solved that way.

And with that, everyone ceases to take seriously what you just said.

Sounds like you should get PC version for your personal prefrences. Its a choice I made long ago, of course getting stalked for having a gamertag with a female voice helped my choice even more lol.

So you're saying the Xbox 360 version of PSU sucks, because people make fun of how you sound, you manage to find idiots in a free online beta, have problems with the fact that a female character may have a male player, and how you (and other players on the internet) run into net latency issues?

Not once did he say that the 360 version sucks. The only thing he said that sucked was the mic system. And this is his opinion... you don't have to get so freakin' moody over it.

What? Does that even make sense?

Oh, and it seems you don't know what flaming is so I thought I'd help you out.

1.Computer Slang. an act or instance of angry criticism or disparagement, esp. on a computer network.

2. Computer Slang. to behave in an offensive manner, esp. on a computer network.
–verb (used without object)

3.Computer Slang. to insult or criticize angrily, esp. on a computer network.

Well, for 1. Yeah, it was an issue in larger groups in the beta. Hope that gets fixed somewhat in release.

2. Never had that happen in beta, so yeah.

3. Again, never had that happen. If somebody talked, they were competent and casual. Was pleasant.

4. Well, I can't give much input for that, but I bet you'd get flak for that sort of thing on any mic system- makes me think of my time using ventrilo on WoW... probably less mature than the PSU players I've come across. At any level it's a damn shame, though.

5. See my answer to 3. Maybe I was just lucky.

6. As they say, MMORPG = Many Men Online Role-Playing Girls. Ahem.

I used to be against voice systems myself, but found that my live experience with them hasn't been so bad. Granted I've never played Halo 2 on live, but the PSU/Chromehounds experience I've had was probably 99% positive. And it's not like you'll be avoiding dolts when not using voice chat...

.... a Flamer is also a derogatory word for Gay people...... the same way that Spic is a derogatory word for Spanish people and Nigger is a derogatory word for Black people.

I never use voice chats in games (as in I don't talk, I will listen if asked too) mainly because of my accent no one can ever understand me.
