And I have some good news!

I was asking about their visa prepaid giftcard and here's the lowdown. You have to go to a wachovia and buy one with a cheap processing fee of $1.95. The most important thing is that you have to register it online or over the phone with a REAL name and address and you have to have some sort of government issued ID like a Drivers license, but I think a permit will work too!

If you need to know more you can call at 800-922-4684 the computer voice will say they have extended wait times, but I was on hold for less than a minute so that's always good.

The last thing you have to remember to do is to keep track of how much money is on the card to buy a new one so you don't get cut off (heaven forbid) because the only downside is that they aren't reloadable.

I would also suggest putting only $60 on at a time, because after 6 months there is a monthly processing fee or something like that.

So, there you go that's all I can do for you guys who keep on asking. Godspeed and I'll see you on the colony(360).

BTW I checked out the american express site and their prepaid card can't be used for recurring fees like PSU so go w/visa ;o

Wouldn't it be easier to just use a Visa/Mastercard approved Debit card? All you need is a checking account which, last I recall, was available at any age for most banks.

Most require you to be at least age 18. Some banks will let you if you have a parent apporval. My parents wouldnt let me use there CC to play PSO so used first debit. http://www.firstdebit.com Its great.

Savings accounts are the ones that aren't age restricted I believe.
