how do i get the cat mag?

Are you referring to the Kapu Kapu or the Sato?

If you mean Sato, I know how.

At its lv. 100, your mag should have following stat: DEF + DEX = POW + MIND. If it does, it will change to Sato. However, this can only be done by FEMALE FORCE in VIRIDIA, BLUEFULL, REDRIA, or WHITILL. So if you don't have such char, make a temp one or ask your friend who is, and make/ask that char to raise your mag from lv 99 to 100.

I have a complete chart on every "class & section based special mags." I'll post em if anyone wanna see.
