o i heard about it on a thread on psow...
its when u go into a room (for example i went into a room with rappys in the "fake in yellow" quest) and u constantly tp, until u see a rare enemy....its really time consuming and somewhat boring but i found most of my best rares, and it works with most monsters, i think...well i tried it on poison lilly's and i got a nar lilly with flowens http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif hehe well tp trick is pretty good for finding weapons and/or armor/shields

Ah, yea, I know that trick, I thought you meant TP, as in what is used for magic. Wasn't even thinking about telepipes...
