KIREEK SoulBanish?

Ok, I just started the quests in hard mode. I played all the way to the Ruins, in hard, straight from normal mode. It was simple, with the Soul Eater, and Dels Buster. But, if you do the Kireek quests, in other difficulties, can you obtain Soul Banish, or whatever he uses in V-Hard, ect?

Sorry but it doesnt work, you will always get the Soul Eater.

Damn, what a bummer... And I had my hopes up... ;_;
Anyways, Soul Banish is hard to get. From what I know from v.1. Now, i'm just kinda dissappointed.
