Can't get full screen on monitor

What the heck? I can't get PSU full screen on my monitor? I tried to change the resolution to the highest, but still it only covers about 80% of my monitor. Is anyone else having this problem or know a fix for this?

I don't have PSU as of yet, but if it's anything like BB, there should be a "window mode" selection in the options menu.
If there is, make sure there isn't a tick in that box (or it says off, or something like that), and your screen should be full sized.

you need to untick the windowed mode check box and if you have done this it is due to the fact you are using a FAT, UGLY and ancient type of monitor, for best results with it fitting in i say get a 19 inch LCD monitor

What window mode check box? Where's that located? I'm using a 22 inch widescreen monitor. o.o
