PC Problems

Ok, I am getting one of the weird japanese errors when I try to run the game.

I have tried the following:

Install Direct X from the disc
Install Direct X from Microsoft
Reinstall the Game
Disable/Uninstall every firewall/antivirus app.
I have created multiple accounts on the Windows XP.
I have updated my drivers, bios.
I have a very fast internet connection (1 MB)
I have deleted any other game on my computer.
I did the DEP on the system properties.
I have opened all ports.

I am totally out of ideas. I know others are having this issue also. Any know of anything else I have not tried, beyond reinstalling windows?

Oh, also my computer more than doubles the reccommended settings, so that is not a problem.

I have the exact problems i have tryed those things and i still cant get it to work ether. and my comp more then meets the requirments

I have noticed many people with this problem. The only thing I found was one post were clumsy said to see if your firewall is allowing the game.

That is just his general answer to any problem. Besides this, they seem to be avoiding the other posts with the same problem. Hopefully they find a solution soon.

I am waiting for sega's response tommorrow. I sent them a tech support message.

It will probably say that I have to change my firewall's settings and close down other programs.

Eh, whatever though. Maybe they will do something right and find a solution quickly.
