First off, I need to know how to check my graphics card and its capabilities. Second, If I don't have a good enough card, what is a recomended value buy that can still run PSU.

EDIT: I have a Matrox Millennium G550 card, not enough?

Start Menu > *Right Click* My Computer > Manage
*Left Click* Device Manager on the Left
*Left Click* The plus (+) sign next to "Display Adapters"
The device listed here is your graphics adapter
