anyone know how to beat a university firewall?

It will not allow my ps2 to connect to the servers due to my schools crazy firewall. Does anyone have any kind of plan or should I just wait until I go home http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif. A friend here is also trying with his ps2 with no avail. thanks.

At my school you have to physically take the console to the tech dept. Xbox, ps2, gcn, etc and they have to set it up so your consoles can go online.

how do they do it? When you take it to them.

my guess is they register the MAC address of the console's network adapter to the school's network. That's what mine does anyway. Ask Someone

I'm also having this issue but with my PC, I haven't tried PSU but I know WoW didn't work and I'm not sure if I want to spend the money to try to log on.

Any suggestions?
