I think he meant that you'd have better luck finding a solution for your problem by posting your inquiry in the proper forum: Tech Support. Since you have the same problem as many other people, it could be a good idea to post into an existing thread instead of creating a new one. i tried shutting down virus-protection software and my firewalls but nothings working...Could someone please help me with this opening port thing?

just keep trying, as the server load calms down you will be able to get on easier
