Just a few questions http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

In the graphic options i was wondering what i should set for best possible graphics. At the LOD choices i currently have 64, 32, 32 in that order being 64 is the choice at the top. Is this the best or can i change it to improve it further?

Also is the option "wait for v-sync" good or bad? i have it checked at the moment.

Last question! When i press "printscreen" in game the game clearly seems to be taking a screeny but where are they stored? I can't find them..

Thanks for any answers.

64 is max unless you want to change it via registry or .ini, its usually not worth the trouble.

Ill give you a text book answer for #2: Vertical Sync, synchronous signal which shows that the frame has been completely displayed on the monitor. V-Sync let's start the exchange between the primary buffer and the secondary one to display on the monitor the next frame. V-Sync corresponds to the vertical refresh frequency.

Leaving it on is a good option for most all people.

The default is in your My Documents folder, but this can be changed via the .ini.

Thanks http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif On the LOD options only the option at the top can be changed to 64 the others are stuck at 32.. is that wrong? Would them being higher be better?

I dont remember, at work atm, check the high settings and then hit the custom button and see what the numbers say. If theyre still 32 its probably the recommended.

Yeah they were all at 32 but i increased the top most to 64 but the others can't be increased. I guess they are at the maximum http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif The game looks great so i can't complain! I just want to get the most out of it.

Turning V-sync off can improve the performance, but adds a little graphical nuance when playing in Fullscreen mode.
As seph said, V-sync forces the GPU to wait for the frame to finish relay from teh buffer to display, based on your monitor's refresh rate. With v-sync off, it will display it, whether that frame is complete or not, so you will notice a translucent horizontal line in gameplay that will shift around. This basically signifies where the frame got to before it got pushed to the monitor. It's not a bother for some, but for others, myself included, it's an eyesore.
