So our internet went down, unable to access the modem configuration, I had to reset and put everything back in. No big deal, had to do it lots of times.
Anyway, once the internet was back up, I opened Firefox (Google as my homepage) and to my dismay, I got this: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v339/TheOneHero/Random/VerizonBS.jpg
We got it before too, well, a different version of the same BS. I called Verizon, apparently my account is inactive or something. After half an hour with someone I could barely understand, internet is back up, working and happy.
Firefox still won't work. Unistall and re-install. (I had to do this one other time to get rid of the Verizon crap.)
But nope, not this time. It's still there, and just for Google.
I set my homepage to other sites, everything loaded well.
I typed in http://www.google.com and it took me to the verizon BS. But oh no, news.google.com works just fine. But not http://www.google.com
If anyone knows anything to fix this, it'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif
