I go through the process and after the submission page I get. "Error 170." Now, I wouldn't be bothered so much if it was explained what Error 170 is, I am given a link to the game's general FAQ page which has no mention of billing errors. I have tried for about an hour with troubleshooting, trying different browsers, credit cards, turning off antivirus/firewall, all to no avail.
