Seems a few people have been getting error 170 when attempting to purchase a new subscription. I dug through the boards over at Phantasystar's homepage, no luck with any clue as to what is going on.
The billing server seems to be running perfectly fine, so I don't think it's problem with the server being overloaded. I'm guessing subscription aren't open to Canadians yet? I can't think of any other reason...
