japanese error on network start up

when i first installed, it worked fine.

but I closed PSU so I could change the screen settings, and now I'm getting a japanese gameguard error.

I tried changing my settings back, but I'm still getting the error.

Anyone know what's up?

Try rebooting. Your GameGuard startup from last connection may not have terminated properly.

rebooting did nothing, but when I reinstall, I can get right on.

sadly, after I close PSU and open it back up again, I get the error message.

I'm currently patching now, so I hope that will help fix my problem when it's finished.
