gamegaurd error

The gameguard thing comes up. says Connecting, then just dissapears, and then the game screen pops up and it says Error and has a bunch of Japanese


can anyone help me. i have all firewalls off

I am having this same problem as well, when i first installed PSU and let the installation launch it, it played fine, but when i closed it out and attempted to use the desktop shortcut, it would do the gameguard authentication and then a few seconds later it would pop up with an error and a bunch of little squares which i am going to assume is japanese, i've installed it on my other pc to narrow down the problem and it did the same thing...
Yes, both of my PC's more than meet the recommended requirements, i've updated them both to their current max potential, aaaand i installed the PSU Direct X and then the game as I have read from other forums on here that has said that solved their problem...
I'm just lost and my eagerness to play PSU is slowly withering away XD
