First off, I'm running the game smooth, fast and skip free. My friend down the hall is having a strange problem though...
In the lobbies, everything runs smoothly for him, but as soon as he starts a mission, everything screeches to a crawl, and he can't even lock on to enemies! Strange thing about it is, my character runs around at full speed on his screen while everything else is slowed down. You'd think everything would be slow?? It's not his hardware, he's got a top of the line system, so it's got to be in the settings somewhere, any idea?
