GameGuard initialization error

I keep getting this error everytime I run PSU...

"Error

GameGuard initialization error. Please restart and try again, or end any programs that ma be causing conflict."

Even reboots don't help.

anyone know how to stop this?

I'm getting it now too. I'll try various different things and see if anything comes up.

OK, I tried deleting the GameGuard folder and letting it re-download the files on its own. THAT didn't work.

I did a complete fresh install of PSU and it works perfectly now.

ok sorry for the triple post and all but i think i have found the answer its on segas psu message boards for pc tech support so u can twik ur computer to run on min of things so that the game can run well plus i stopped the gameguard thing by turning off everything including auto-protect from norton and yeah it took 2 days but it seems to work nicely
