Character Creation Voice Problems.

Ok, when I go to make my character, everything goes alright. The music is playing, except when I go to playback the character's voice to put the pitch to what I want to, it won't play. I reinstalled direct X, I installed the patch, I made sure everything regarding to the speakers was in order. I even reinstalled PSU. Still nothing. What the heck is wrong?

Try setting your Audio speaker setting (Control Panel > Sound and Audio Devices > Advanced under Speaker Settings) to "Desktop Stereo Speakers"
