Sorry guys, an event has happened that is forcing me to cancel work on the PSU Primer. As I started to work on the project again today, that sound that strikes fear into everyone's hearts happened to me. I heard a bad clicking.
Victim: Seagate 750 GB ATA drive.
Age of drive: about 45 days
I hadn't even filled it up yet completely, and it was my primary drive for Phantasy Star material. This shows the poor workmanship that comes from Seagate these days. Their perpendicular drives in my mind have failed. I'll be asking that they send me two non-perpendicular drives instead on my RMA.
I just hope that given how quickly it failed they'll give me a freebie on the data recovery.
