I hope so. It'd be kinda lame to have maintenance with enough time to put in halloween before the area of the world that celebrates it the hardest (to my knowledge) then leave it out. I know it was easier to put it in for PSO since its not as much data, but it would've been quite nice to see it.

Well it seems that Sega has once again pulled another PSO where they entirely focus on JP and ignoring everyone else. I'm wondering if we'll EVER get any updates. I so wanted my Ranger buff and new cast parts. >.< Nice going Sega. >=(
