nProtect Gameguard detects something it deems as a hack, and won't allow you to initiate the game.

Since you've been rather vague and I don't own the PC version, I'm afraid that's the best advice I can give.

nProtect is pretty stingy about cheating.

In a nutshell. Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove programs and delete anything deemed suspicious or you don't need. Then try again.

Since it is a program witch is not made to hack PSU, It might save someone a lot of trouble if you tell us what it is.
