I found this red box item off the semi-rare bat creatures in the Neudaiz mission. Anyone know what I can use it for?

mines was found as the Tengogh Bow offline
my brother keeps foundin a redbox with vahra nail wat do i do with that

You can use the Nail to make vahra claws.
You need the board first of course.
