I have a dilemma

Ok,my PSU disk for X360 is toast, it has a ring going around the whole disk and it doesn't play. I bought it from EBgames yesterday. What do I say to them to exchange the disk. The disk got scratched from the DVD drive.

You take out gun and..-errr-I mean you tell them the disk was messed up. Are you sure the disk wasn't messed up before you bought it?

He prolly moved the console while the game was in, and in that case I don't think they'll replace it. I'd just play stupid and say when you opened it to play it, you noticed the scratch and did'nt want to test it in your system.
