PSU-XBox 360: PSU 360 troubles

well, i had a paidoff preorder at my local EB Games for quite some time...
i put the game into my XBox, I was stoked and wanted to play it.
A white screen appeared telling me in order to play this game I had to put it into a Xbox 360 console.

I was disapointed, and im not the only one. Appearently, in my locale there have been several defective shipments.

Could also be an issue with your Xbox 360. What you're seeing is the backup-DVD movie track that is on each Xbox 360 disc which starts when you either put it into a different system/DVD player or when the 360 fails to read the game track.
Is the disc clean? Have you had this issue before?

no... the issue isnt with my Xbox.
I tried the disc in my brothers and my friends brand new console and it was the same problem.
I called my local EB Games and I think there is going to be a recall, I just wanted to get the word out about it.
