im pissed i bought the game and cant get on

Everytime i try to connect to psu it days



Could not connect to phantasy star universe server. the server may be undergoing maintenace.


WHY DOES IT DO THIS i bought this game and i cant even play it.


My NAT on my xbl is moderate i know its not good but i should be able to play something im paying for monthly.

How do you get the files to turn Green?

Figure out which program(s) are using said DLLs. Just google the DLL name and it should tell you. <3
