PSU-Item: Tornado Throw?

Just found one of these in Sleeping Warriors C, wondering if anyone knows what it is. It's a synth item, or at least listed there. Says it's a Kings Card or something, 7 stars. Any help would be appreciated.

If it says [B] on it, it's probably a board. As far as I know, Tornado Throw is the name of a Room Ornament. I can't seem to find the site with the image of it, but it's an ornament of two beetles fighting, based on an arcade trading card fighting game by SEGA that involved fighting beetles (as can be evidenced from the beetle card acting as a plaque on the ornament's stand).

It's also a freaking ugly decoration. I gave it away to a friend. There will be no BUGS in my room, let alone fighting ones, yuck!
