Subscription problems

I've searched around the forum but I havn't found the answer to this.
When I proceed to pay for my license it comes up with:

191: We were unable to complete the operation due to inaccurate or missing information. Please retry ensuring that you have completed all of the required fields with valid information. If the problem persists, please contact customer services.

I'm from the UK using the US version. My details are my actual details. Would I need to use a US house details?

At present time the site is not accepting EU addresses. I had heard there were ways around that (revolving how exactly the site filters out EU addresses), but... I honestly have no clue as to how one would go about that.

Have you had any joy with this yet? I was seriously thinking of getting a copy from Canada, and obviously won't bother if I won't be able to go online with it.
