Rant about Grinding

okay okay, grinding is awesome, lemme say that. it gets you better weapons at a risk and i think thats how they freaking should be.

but sonic team is just being a puppy making grindings that can't fail look like they can in the progress bar.

I thought that was funny too, seeing that shaking bar and stuff even when they tell you that the weapon upgrade has a 100% chance of success. Oh well, I just listened to the statistics and didn't mind the bar. However, when it doesn't say 100%, I find myself watching that bar like a Hawk!! As if my fragile hopes and watchful eyes are going to push the statistic in my favor.

yeah yeah... it sucked when my wep broke going from level 2 to 3.... I had a theory that weps that you buy from a vendor have a higher rate of success than one that you make on you own. My bro made 3 shooters and bought 2. 2 of his 3 that he made, broke going from grind level 2 to 3; and the one that he bought he grinded to level 5.

My friend claims he's failed on the first grind once when it said he had no chance of failure. He hadn't done grinding before though and it is possible that he was grinding one of the weapons I gave him that I had already grinded.
