I would assume they're in the Relics, since you find one there in the Story mode.

Edit: Find one as in...find a Svaltus.

Hmmmm, maybe the boss drops it.

You have to craft it by finding some things. I don't know specifially what they are. I know you find a relics edge in relics that is part of the synth.

You find svaltus Edge off the Svaltus boss by getting an S rank grade. I was able to kill svaltus really fast by using foie, and I found the edge, but I dont have a board to use it with.

Not quite! The Relic Edge is a synth board found in the Sleeping Warriors mission.
