I've noticed that while in mission areas, my character moves considerably slower than in a lobby. Other players blaze past me while I struggle to keep up. Almost 100% sure this isn't a connection problem. As far as video cards go, I've got an nvidia GeForce FX 5500. Help appreciated.

I have the same problem. Anytime in game, everyone runs 33% faster than me. My best guess was because I use a PS2 control on my PC (USB to PS2 adapter) is making it lag. However, I've played FFXI for 3 years and this isn't a problem there, so maybe not.

Adjust frame skip and clipping.

yeah you need frameskip on. sega are lazy as fuck and didnt incorporate automated frameskipping.

Yep, works. Changed from 0 to 1 and I feel like I'm sprinting now lol. Thanks guys.
