Error No.61(PS2)

It seems that I can't make my user name correct with my PS2 controller. I looked through the manaul and made my account at Playsega with an "Active" status, it's Sexy_Raine. When I try to type my user name, my PS2 controller won't let me make capital letters and symbols. What am I doing wrong? I don't have a keyboard to connect to my PS2, I only have my laptop. hmmm... you can't find the capital letters using a ps2 controller, or is the game not registering the inputed capital letters? I think R1 and L1 switch between lower and uppercase. If this doesn't work, I say go to get a cheap keyboard. I think my friend recently bought one for 15$. I don't have capital letters in my acount name, so I didn't experience this problem. If you really want to, you can cancel the Sexy_Raine account and make it lower case. Hope this helped (probably not much though http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif.)
