Well I don't have any errors whatsoever. I haven't even dc'd yet, so I am happy. But the problem is that my PC can't handle PSU. All limbs are somewhere they shouldn't be and the characters move like they're kangaroos. I don't really care about that though, what I want to get rid of is the horrid lag. Other people run 4-5 times as fast and me, in a party I don't even get to killing monsters and it's ruining all my fun.

Okay so I have:

Intel Pentium III processor
796 MHz
384mb RAM
nVidia GeForce 2 MX400 card(64 mb)

Tell me if you need more info.

So anyway please tell me what I can do to help it speed up and (possibly) clear up the lag, that would be great because I'm 16, unemployed and my parents hate me XD.

Have to leave to school in a min, but as Im in somewhat the same boat as you as I had to shave things down to get the game to play on a laptop for me. (though I get to try it on my pc when I go home this weekend xD). Id basically set the details to low, textures to 16 bit, used compressed textures, turn off verticle sync, Id say keep it so that the hardware does the work since you have a video card that might just make it. (using an igp 345m here http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_mad.gif), turn off special effects, set the frameskip to 2, and set the game to run at 640x480.

From there you can have it at windowed mode or full screen if you like. And yes I knew that the settings are somewhat drastic, but I really wanted to enjoy my 50 dollars worth as I dont have acess to my desktop pc. And at least now Im able to enjoy it, even if I do get some nasty slow downs at some of the bosses. (Took me twice as long to kill the boss at the end of chpt 3 than it would have normally, and I had to use my scape doll -_-)

Hope it works! Though eventually if you are able to run it, and want a more enjoyable experience I hope you do consier upgrading http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

Do you have a PS2?

Bleh PS2 http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_mad.gif Sony is evil as it is, but sadly thats the only other choice if you want to play with the PC users. Or you could get the 360 version.

At least I plan on ding this later on once I find out if one is able to use a USB keyboard on there.

The PS2 version is just as good as the PC version. I've got a copy of both.

Get NV Tray from http://nvtweak.laptopvideo2go.com/

Install it and open it. Click the Enable All button and close that window.
Open your Nvidia Settings, not the control panel, and go to Additional Direct3D settings.
Its under Performance & Quality Settings after you expand it.
Set the Max frames to render ahead to 0.

This should help you a little.
PS: This only works for Nvidia v-cards.

Nah, or I would have gotten it for that. I'll try the Nvidia settings, thanks.
