ok, sometimes I find myself forgetting to press Z then enter after a mission in order to claim my reward. Then, the party will start a new mission and I can't get the award anymore! is there any way to fix this? or am i doing something wrong? thanks

your reward doesnt disappear, at least it shouldnt anyway. You still receive it, you just dont get to look at the pretty little rank and rewards you received. Theres a topic about this somewhere.

Right, it doesn't disappear. I didn't even know about the awards screen until I hit level 2 ranger http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif.
