how do you get to the Neudaiz mizuraki missions?

Mizuraki Defense? Just head to Neudaiz and go to the Flyer base. It will have Shikon islands and Mizuraki Defense.

You mean flyer base.

the mizuraki/shikon missions are accessed through the Forested whatever missions.

don't choose the first mission, choose the one below it called something else.
