From GH 202 if Striking 30 and Tech 20 it will become?

I want to know that if I reach the condition that Tech >=20 it will become GH 304 ,but I also have more point in striking(even more than tech). It will still become GH 304(Tech type PM)?
condition : from GH 202 (Striking 30,Tech 20) = ?

Once you evolve gh202 the striking won't effect the evolution. You just have to make sure the tech is high enough at each evolve. ie: over 20tech at lv50, and over 30tech at lv80.
