beat the vol brothers in 1:20 or less. I dont know if it can be synthesised.

is says it is "rumored to be used to make a rare weapon" like the white glove and that vahra nail.

go to the synthesis shop and you can find synthesis boards that use the neta note

It is possible to synth a Neta Note, but it only happens if you fail at synthing something else (I know from experience.... I have 6 of them in my Extra mode)
