Anime that are Like the PSU Universe?

This is a bit off topic, but I'm wondering if anyone knows of any anime that are like the Phantasy Star Universe.
I currently have Outlaw Star, Silent Moebius and Cowboy Bebop which I consider somewhat like PSU. I've also seen Armitage III and Iria Zeinam some time ago.
Are there any other good titles anyone can suggest?

Hmm... Well there is Star Ocean EX (A anime based off of the events of Star Ocean 2).

Anime for Casts: Chobits, Armitage III, Battle Angel Alita, Ghost In the Shell SAC, and

SABER MARIONETTES R , J (etc etc.) FTW!!!!

As for Anime that feel like a PSU Universe:
Almost anything from Tenchi; as well as Angel Links, Vandread, and The Dirty Pair (oldschool or Flash)... oh! oh! and dont Forget Martian Successor Nadesico.

uuuh.....for some reason Phantasy Star Universe's story reminds me alot of Now and Then, Here and There

with Ethan being alot like Shu

and La-La-Ru being alot like Lou

Now and Then, Here and There is definetely worth checking out, it's along the greatness of Neon Genesis Evangelion.

I say its definately like naruto. it has the hero where he powers up and you have your rivals which your online friends as your both strive to get stronger and that sorta thing. and with all the bright clothes were alredy ninja's i mean naruto wears orange and blue.

I'd second Xenosaga: the Animation and add The Coyote Ragtime Show. Not only because that show is totally WIN but because Female Casts can be so much like Marcianos 12 sisters its awesomesauce! XD

cant be .hack, i thought .hack's The World was a stereotypical MEDIEVAL themed MMO like the majority. If anything, only gameplay is similar, and to be more specific, Guild Wars is more similar to The World.

Seriously... that's where much of Phantasy Star/PSO/PSU gets it's inspriation from. They had a short animated series centered around the new trilogy not too long ago. Dunno where you'd find it now.

my god I thought I was the only one who actuly watched Nadesico series+movie that is but yeah I can nadesico being similar to PSU it's kinda like gundum wing, Tenchi and love hina if they had a bastard child togeather
