So, ive seen ppl go cast with a force combination and other mixes and it gets me to start woundering..
Does the different races start out with different stats?
Would a Newman and a CAST have the same stats as a Forcetecher in the end? or am i completly missinformed? http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_mad.gif

No, base stats come from race and gender, and then are modified by class and class level.

Yeah, the matter of being a certain class is like a multiplier to a your base stats.

Think of it like:
(Base stats everyone has for your level) * (Racial differences) * (Gender Differences) * (Class Differences).
My old stats thread can help for more differences -> http://www.pso-world.com/viewtopic.php?topic=119181&forum=22&39
But as an example if you had a level 40 Beast of any class, and compared it to a level 40 human of that same class, the beast will always have 25% more hp, 15% more atp, etc.

What about job rank bonuses? Are they a straight-up add?

I originally thought so, but they appear to add to your multiplier. I have the numbers Famitsu released for extended classes, but not for the base 3.
