I need one word translated:

bean

Yeah it's part of a skit...

I would like to have it in roman characters cause I don't want the kanji for it---> 豆

Heh, I think the romanji for 'bean' will sound & look something like 'vi-n'. Hope that doesn't throw your joke off. ;]

I was actually going to with bin and use hiragana, but if it's like that, I guess I would have to use katakana huh...

Actually, 'biin' or 'bi-n' should do it also.

?????? ~mame. as in edamame. careful, in real usage things can change, so best of luck if there's an audience of native speakers. otherwise this should do if no one else understands japanese. a good resource might be Sanseido.net dictionary, though it does necessitate a basic understanding of both kanas and a touch of kanji.

Ah yeah this is for a Japanese 1 class at college so I don't think it'll matter lol
